Welcome to the Veil by Aisha FAQ. We understand that choosing a custom abaya online comes with a few questions — from selecting the right size and understanding customization options to knowing how your abaya is made, when it will arrive, and what to expect after placing your order.
At Veil by Aisha, every abaya is custom-made and hand-stitched with care. Each piece is prepared according to your selected design, fabric, colour, measurements, and customization preferences. Because your abaya is created especially for you, our process may take a little longer than purchasing a ready-to-wear garment — but we believe the attention to detail is worth it.

Shopping Basics
To see your order status, please email your order details to info@veilbyaisha.ae or provide these details into whatsapp Chat icon on bottom left.
All our abayas are custom-made and hand-stitched with care.
Please allow 11–12 business days for customised abaya and 1-2 Business Days for ready to wear abaya your order to be completed. Saturdays and Sundays are not included in the processing time.

Yes, additional charges will apply based on the applicable shipping or courier rates.
Many customizations are free of charge. We tailor every abaya to your exact size (any size up to 6XL and any length up to 63″). You can add or remove features at no extra cost: for example, add buttons to the front or sleeves, include zip or button closures (useful for moms), insert side or front pockets, and choose any neckline (V, round, high).
A few enhancements carry a small fee: for example, adding a full lining (batana) under the abaya is AED 70, adding an extra chiffon layer is AED 100, and extending the sheila beyond the standard length costs AED 40. We’ll always tell you about any charges before completing your order.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available under the following conditions:
✔ Available for UAE customers only
✔ Returning customers: COD is available for orders of any value.
Yes. Customers can pay through bank transfer and share payment proof to confirm their order.
Your order will be processed once payment is verified.
Yes, we accept online payments through Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
After completing online payment or bank transfer:

Shipping & Returns
Here’s what you can expect regarding shipping:
- Production Time: Your customized abaya will be made within 10-12 business days.
- Domestic Shipping (within UAE): Once your abaya is ready, domestic shipping can take up to 1-2 business days.
- International Shipping: Shipping times for international orders will vary depending on your location.
If 14 business days have passed and you haven’t received your order yet please send us a WhatsApp or drop us an email at info@veilbyaisha.ae with your Full Name, Order Number and Contact Number.
Standard rate of AED 30 for all cities across UAE (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, UAQ, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah).
For international deliveries, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
Yes! We provide free shipping on domestic orders over AED 999. Be sure to check your cart for details on our current free shipping offer!
Yes, we ship our products worldwide!

Returns & Exchange Policy
Exchange within 7 days
Exchanges are only allowed if an item is defective or not as described. Items must be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with the original tags attached.
Refund within 7 days
Customers are eligible for a refund if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described .Items must be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with the original tags attached. Refunds will be issued back to the original credit/debit card used for payment.
Non-Refundable Cases:
1-Refusing to accept delivery of an order.
2-Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or without original tags.

Every Veil by Aisha abaya is made to order according to the measurements provided by the customer. To achieve the best possible fit, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing our Size Guide and double-checking your measurements before placing your order.
- If your abaya is too loose or too long: We offer an alteration service for AED 50, including pickup and delivery within the UAE.
- If your abaya is too tight or too short: Since the fabric cannot be extended once the abaya has been stitched, a new replacement abaya will need to be made. This service is available for AED 150, including delivery.
- If you wish to change the fabric: As fabrics are sourced specifically for each customized order, a new replacement abaya can be made in your preferred fabric for AED 150, including delivery.
We encourage you to check your measurements carefully before placing your order, as each abaya is individually crafted based on the measurements submitted.
Yes. Customers may request order changes through Email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing the order without any additional charges.
After 24 hours, production begins and changes may not be possible. Any sizing or fabric changes requested after production has started will be treated as alteration or replacement requests and applicable service fees will apply.
To avoid additional charges, we recommend carefully reviewing your measurements, design details, and customization requests before confirming your order.
An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. Please provide your order number so we can assist you with the cancellation process.
